Terms of use
Nightpress is published by OUTWORLD APPS S.R.L., Romania ("we"). By using Nightpress you agree to these terms and to the terms of the app store you got it from. If they conflict on how the app was purchased or refunded, the store's terms apply.
Your diary
What you write is yours. We never receive it, so we can't read, recover or restore it for you. You are responsible for keeping your Recovery Card, PIN and passphrase, and for making archives. We work hard to make archives reliable, and Nightpress checks each one after saving it, but no software is free of faults; keep more than one archive for anything you can't afford to lose.
Nightpress Bindery
Nightpress is free. Nightpress Bindery is an optional, one-time, non-consumable purchase that unlocks the features listed in the app at the price your store shows. It is not a subscription. It is tied to the store account that bought it (Apple or Google) and is not transferable between stores. On the App Store it is available through Family Sharing. Payment, cancellation and refunds are handled by the store. If a purchase is refunded, Bindery features return to their free limits; nothing you created is hidden or deleted.
Acceptable use
Use Nightpress lawfully and don't try to break, reverse-engineer or resell it except as the law allows.

Availability and changes
We may update Nightpress and these terms. Changes to these terms apply from the date shown above. A free Nightpress will always open any archive it made.
Liability
Nightpress is provided as is, to the extent the law allows. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country, including liability for intent or gross negligence.
